- Short stay surcharge € 6 per person/day
- Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out 10:30 a.m., late check-out is possible subject to availability
- Payment: cash, Mastercard, Visa
- Deposit: 30% of the booking amount
DISCOUNTS
- from 2 full-paying adults in a comfort room or in a suite
- Children up to 3 years are free
- Children up to 10th birthday – 50%
- Children from the 10th birthday up to 15 years – 30%
- 3rd + 4th person from 15 years – 20% discount
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Austrians apply. Hotel contract and cancellation provisions AGBHs 2006 §5.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40%
- from 1 month to 1 week before this is 70%
- if canceled within the last week, 90% of the booking value will be charged. If you arrive later or depart earlier, the entire room rate will be charged.
